I'm gonna put some videos up here, but for now, here are some explinations:
FREE ALBUMS
Free Albums come in zip file form.
If you don't have a way to open zip files on your computer yet: go HERE (winzip.com) to download the winzip program for free.
Once you open the zip file, select the song flies and move them into your iTunes or Windows Media Music folders. These can usually be found under My Computer/ My Music.
